Message	discussion in that paper. In my opinion that reads like a persuasive or opinion English or Biology paper. I would have expected the guidelines to inlcude more techincal details...like the details of how fuel systems using E85 are engineered vs. older cars and how using E85 can damamge older fuels systems.
